5/5 Can’t say enough about this property and owner! If you’re looking for a home away from home, this is it. You will appreciate the extra amenities, such as the fire pit, a river steps away from the back patio, kitchen with ample amount cooking supplies and stocked spice/oil rack. Beds were comfortable! Nick is super easy to work with! We looking forward to booking Riverfront home in Gunnison again!!!

Peaceful luxury
5/5 Our first time to stay at Nate’s beautiful mountain home. He thought of everything in its design and the craftsmanship is incredible. He even has motion censor nightlights in the hallway ceilings!
We cooked most of our meals and appreciated all the top level appliances. The kitchen is a dream for cooking. Every dish I pulled from the cupboard was sparkling clean. I’m used to hand washing dishes for first use in many rentals. Such a clean home! Dining on the deck, listening to the river made this a memorable setting.
While it was just the two of us, the home is well equipped to house more guests with plenty of dishes, glasses, towels and dining table space. Laundry room is spacious with nice table for folding clothes. Wish our kids had been able to join us.
We definitely will book again!

5/5 Everything was perfect. From the heated concrete floors to the motion activated nightlights, and fully stocked spice rack, attention to detail is evident. Very clean, comfy beds, beautiful setting with a great fire pit. Definitely one of the vest VRBOs out there. Worth every penny.
