Nope. Cannot recommend
1/5 Our stay was cancelled 5 days before our arrival for a week's accomodation for 9 of us. The reason given by Evolve was "the owner of this home notified us that they have to cancel your reservation due to the owner having to do unforeseen maintenance situations". Maybe I believe that. Needless to say, it has sent us frantically scrambling to find accomodations for all of us for this very busy time in August. And being all together as planned is not going to be an option. I'm truly sorry for the owner if there is a catastrophic failure of their septic system. If the reason is something else, then maybe this is an example of a time when there ought to be a penalty (or at the very least assistance in arranging the needed new booking) when the owner cancels the reservation contract at this point.
Excellent location and a lot of space.
4/5 We enjoyed the location, the decor and the updates to the house. We saw a lot of wear and tear and a need for some additional updates and deep cleaning. I am sure that it is an uphill battle to maintain the cleanliness of a group vacation home. Temps are hard to maintain between upstairs and downstairs and heating system is very loud at night. Dining space is limited for a group. Extra linens and some basic items (seasonings and foil, etc) were appreciated! Beautiful outdoor setting and play area for kids.
