5/5 Check in was super easy and communication with the host was great. We had plenty of room for the 3 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed and I loved having a washer and dryer! Gunnison is a nice town with easy access to plenty of Jeep trails. We had room in the driveway for our truck, trailer, and the Jeep. We were gone all day, so this wasn't a huge issue; however, in 90+ degree heat in August, this southerner likes a little air conditioning and this house does not have it. Sleeping was comfortable with all the windows open downstairs, but the upstairs stayed pretty warm. We were glad to find the fans in the closet.
