Perfect Location to Explore Greater Denver Area
4/5 This small apartment has everything you need to live in the Denver area for a few days. It is quiet, well-maintained and secure. There are many places to enjoy a great meal in the DTC neighborhood, and it is close to Cherry Creek Park. We used the space as a base camp, to travel back and forth to visit family in east Aurora. The only downside is the living room furniture. There is one worn out hide-a-bed couch to sit on. It is extremely uncomfortable to sit on it to watch tv or read. I highly recommend the owners/managers replace this piece of furniture with something useable.

Great and convenient rental!
5/5 Perfect location for our stay! Quiet place, with everything we needed for the few days we were there. Nice little courtyard area, right off the back patio. Walking distance to Fiddler's Green (just over one mile). Sleeper sofa was a little uncomfortable for an adult (perfect for kids), but no reflection on this review, since I, honestly, don't think there's a sleeper sofa in existence that is comfortable for an adult. Would, definitely, stay there again, though!
