4/5 Check in was easy and host had many amenities to make stay welcoming. Cleanliness was the biggest drawback for this property.The carpeting is very dirty. The kitchen floor needs a good cleaning.

3/5 The rooms were clean and the location worked for our needs. However we were not allowed to change the temperature on the thermostat and it felt cold and stuffy at times. The fireplace did not work. The sheets did not stay on the beds which made for uncomfortable nights sleep. Also the blinds in one of the bedrooms didn’t work properly so it was hard to keep the room dark while sleeping. We ran out of toilet paper and had to buy our own. From the photos on the listing it looked like there was a side patio area right off of the unit. That was not the case.

- We apologize if the thermostat instructions were unclear. Guests are welcome to adjust it for their comfort, and we’ll update our messaging to make that clearer.
- We're sorry the fireplace wasn’t working during your visit. The pilot light can go out between seasons, but we’re always happy to relight it if notified.
- We’ll review the sheet fit on the beds, as this hasn’t been mentioned before, and we want to make sure guests are comfortable.
- We inspected the blinds, and they are working well.
- We supply four rolls of toilet paper for two guests over five nights, which is usually enough.
