3/5 was hard to get to, was scolded by locals for not having a 4 wheel drive or jeep, because it rained made it difficult, finally got internet, never had service to make or receive calls or text, several pans were dirty, had to borrow can opened from neighbor, closed caption was on tv downstairs could not get it off, so only watched upstairs tv's, steel chairs in dining area are very uncomfortable

5/5 2nd stay here. Check in was fine.Minor issue with the door lock needing batteries.Someone came to help right away.Property fully stocked with everything needed-except coffee. Our only issue was lack of bath towels (two per bathroom for a five night stay) , and we did end up having to purchase toilet paper. We were also unable to add our tv streaming apps as we didnt have the roku pin. Other than those very minor issues, we enjoyed our stay very much. Very nice property with beautiful views!

We direct our housekeeping to make sure the house is well stocked with Keurig K-Cups, and we will reiterate the importance of providing an ample supply of pods as well as additional towels for longer stays. I also want to thank you for making us aware of the Roku PIN issue. With the house being in such high demand, we have found that guests will periodically reset the Roku.
