Fit our needs perfectly!
5/5 This condo has excellent accomodations for a family with two small children. The littles enjoyed the special bunk over double bed in their room and the open floor plan made sharing meals, playing puzzles and games very comfortable. The door key code was super slick. Would definitely book again!

A Fun Winter retreat
5/5 We spent a great weekend with friends at this condo, snow shoeing in RMNP, visiting the town: lots of interesting stores, and busy restaurants. We look forward to exploring it further on our next stay. The meals we did prepare was a cinch as the kitchen had all the equipment necessary. Over all, the condo was warm and welcoming, clean and comfortable. We’ll be back!

We found this rental to be a clean, two bedroom, first floor condo with a level walk-out to the conveniently close parking spot. The rental was warm and comfortable, even when the outside temperature dropped below zero. The living space included a couch and chair in front of the fireplace, with a large patio door through which watched an evening snow storm and a winter carnival fireworks display. The kitchen and two baths were well stocked with all the necessary items one needs.
The rental proved to be an easy, level walk to the town’s Grand Lake facilities (town cleared ice skating rinks in our case) and to the Grand Lake’s Main Street’s quirky variety of stores and restaurants. The town of Grand Lake is situated against the boundary of Rocky Mountain National Park and there are numerous entry points for hiking, with large, and in our case, plowed parking lots. The West entrance to the Park is only a short drive away and, even in Winter, plowed sufficiently to provide access to the Nordic skiing and snowshoeing trails in the Western valleys.
We are looking forward to renting this condo in the Summer when we can drive to this destination via Trail Ridge Road, and spend time kayaking Grand and Shadow lakes.
