Family vacation
5/5 We all just loved this condo. The view of the river was spectacular,the water was still high. There was plenty of room and the kitchen very well stocked and clean. The location is perfect for walking distance into the beach and town. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay
3/5 Beautful Condo, and great location. One of the nicest properties we stayed at. It's obvious it was recently remodeled. We couldn't get the downstairs Thermostat to work, thus it was cold downstairs the whole time. The fireplace was shutdown for the season. The directions were not included in the notebook left for guests, as indicated. We were not able to reach our contact and we will address our concerns with Evolve.

They did not receive any calls from you during your stay, and we're unsure if there was an error in the number dialed. Rest assured, had they received your call, they would have responded promptly to assist you with any issues or concerns.
- Regarding the thermostat directions, we apologize if they were not readily apparent during your stay. We do provide detailed instructions for operating the thermostat in the guest book for our guests' convenience.

5/5 We had a great time the heat in the main floor never seemed to turn on. A litttle chilly downstairs the whole time. We won a raffles and had some extra garbage after the fishing tournament that we couldn’t take home sorry if there was an absence of trash great place. Had a great time will use you again! Thank you so much !
Spacious and Cozy
5/5 Our stay was wonderful! The cabin was very clean and stocked appropriately with toiletries and towels. Overall, a great vacation and we will definitely return in the future!
