Nice and comfortable place
5/5 It has everything we need and its very cozy.
2/5 The cleanliness of this property left much to be desired. Bathrooms had not been cleaned and there was hair in all the showers and on the beds. The main trash bin was locked and we were unable to throw our trash out so we had to take it to a gas station. The location is great but the property management was extremely poor. Would not recommend someone to stay here.

-We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. We wish you would have reached out to us during your stay. We would've been more than happy to send our cleaning team to address your concerns to make your stay most comfortable
-We promptly informed Evolve of the trash code for guest use, however, this information was not added to the pre-stay email sent prior to arrival. From us at Evolve, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and we can confirm the access code for the trash is now listed
-We have high standards of hospitality and we always strive to be available for our guests. Our records show neither we nor Evolve received any communication from you during or after your stay. Without notifying us or the local team, we weren't able to act on your concern and resolve any issue promptly
We have worked very hard to provide a clean and comfortable place for guests to enjoy and will continue to do all we can to provide the best possible stay for our guests!Beautiful view
4/5 Condo was very comfortable and had plenty of room for 5 of us. Kitchen well stocked with pots and pans. Grill outside very useful. Best part of the condo was the gorgeous view of Grand Lake and the mountains.
