House is lovely. Well and thoughtfully stocked. Only issue is the windows are difficult to open and some are in need of repair/work.Our family loved it and look forward to next year continuing the tradition.

Great info from start to finish. We loved the house. It was lovely inside and out and well stocked in things we didn't even know we would need but did. There was some trouble with the windows.....seems they might need new hardware as they were difficult to open and/or close in some cases (far wall in living area).
We are definitely glad that we have a reservation through Evolve for this house next year!
It was a comfortable place with plenty of sleeping places. The kitchen was well stocked and exceeded our expectations. It is three blocks from Grand Avenue. The grill worked well and big enough to cook a family dinner. Katie Ellis was great to work with and answered all of our concerns.
The biggest disappointment was the fire pit. We spent the first two days trying to make it work. After we found out there were spare tanks, it rained the rest of the week so I’m not sure if it works. Also the corn hole bags were unusable because they were covered in mold.
Beautiful cottage walking distance to Main Street. The host left many special touches and recommendations. We loved our stay and will book again in the summer

Grand Lake is truly a hidden gem! My friends and I thought this rental was perfect. Love that it was within walking distance to town as well as hiking trails. The only bummer was that the upstairs bathroom was out of order, but everything else about our stay was fantastic.
