We loved this place! Great size to have our group spread out after a long day on the trails. Loved sitting out on the porches in the evening. It was so so nice that necessities were provided…soap,TP, laundry detergent, Shampoo. It’s rare to rent a place that gives you more than a starter pack! Grand lake downtown was easy walking distance! No complaints at all!Bonus was the “toys” in the garageWe were happy to find a cooler in the garage as well as folding chairs for concerts in town. Owner thought of everything!

  • Loved Grand Lake

    5/5

This was our first visit to Colorado. We visited Denver and then came to Grand Lake. The condo was perfect for our family. We were very comfortable. Some of our group had to work part of the time. The Wi-Fi was great. There was always a quiet place for a meeting. We loved how close to the trails, RMNP and to the town of Grand Lake the condo is. We had an Absolutely great stay!

The owners have gone the extra mile to make a visit here very nice. Easy to get to everything in town from this location. It was refreshing to stay in a place that is as clean and kept up as this one. Ping pong was a bonus!

  • Excellent rental and location!

    5/5

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this rental. The condo was perfect and Grand Lake is the cutest town. Everyone was so nice. The proximity to the park entrance was ideal - where we saw so much wildlife along with the extraordinary mountains. We would visit Grand Lake again for so many reasons and be inclined to use the same rental. The space was perfect. Book it now!!

  • Updated and spacious place right in Grand Lake

    5/5

I came up just for a few days to get out of Denver. The home was plenty big, even for a larger family. Everything was updated, clean, and easy to find or figure out how to use. I didn’t cook while I was there because the bbq at Sagebrush is too good to pass up, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. It was nice having a powder room on the main level. All baths were clean and updated. The living space was comfortable and the fireplace kept the house warm. There was a bit too much snow and wind to use the outdoor area and all the toys in the garage, but it would be a great spot for a summer stay.
