Wonderful!
5/5 Great condo. Right on the river. Walking distance to the marina, shops and restaurants. Dinner at the Grand Lake Lodge was fantastic. LOVE Grand Lake. A must-see destination.

Quaint & Comfy
5/5 We loved our stay! The rushing water behind the condo was our favorite feature. You can hear the water from the unit, so we enjoyed relaxing in the living room with the door open to listen in the evening. Plenty of room for a family of six. The small town of Grand Lake was adorable with excellent views & amazing hiking options. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Location, location, location
5/5 We loved this location for our get-together. It was walking distance to many things and a short drive to other things. The layout really worked well for us. Good communication, very accommodating.

Great location
5/5 The location is perfect for visiting RMNP. The river runs right behind the property. Walking distance to town.
The shower didn’t drain well so the shower was very slippery. And the instructions for trash removal at the end was not accurate. But overall would definitely stay here again!!
