A Little Disappointing
3/5 The place was okay but we have stayed at better places for the same price. It wasn't very clean and one of the bathrooms has a very old toilet seat and the shower curtain was very old and stained. Someone used the fireplace but didn't clean it. There were sticks with marshmallow on them. When you walk in, you aren't walking into the living room. You enter through the bedroom which seemed odd. The bed was comfortable, very soft and squishy. I loved the wood burning fireplace and the river out the back door. The Television was easy to operate, which was nice. If the place was cheaper, we might stay again but not for what we paid.

Location is amazing!
5/5 The location of the condo was so nice. Walking distance to all the fun of a Grand Lake. We were on the first floor and the second floor was a little noisy but not enough to disturb our kids sleep. Picnic area by the stream was great, we’d order carry out and eat there. Definitely would stay again

Fantastic condo on the river!
5/5 We were very happy with the rapids condo unit we stayed in. It was clean and super convenient. It was great to be able to walk to everything in grand lake! We will definitely be back.
