Location is central to everything on Grand Ave. - and it's so nice to be so close and yet away from the busyness of the shops/restaurants. Everyone was comfortable and the mattresses were also very comfortable (which is not common in rentals, in my experience). Reached out to property management once only and they responded within a minute or two.

Ours stay at Woody’s bunkhouse was very nice. There was plenty of room for our five family members to sleep and also to gather in the evenings to play cards and talk. We stayed for three nights, and it was very quiet and convenient to walk downtown and to the lake. We would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Woody’s bunkhouse. And there was plenty of room for five people to comfortably have space yet be together. It was nice and quiet yet very close to the main street so that we could walk to restaurants and shopping and grand lake! The house was very clean and orderly, and had many nice amenities. The only thing I could add that could have been better is that the only coffee maker was a Keurig and I personally don’t care for those, and would have liked to of had the option of a regular coffee maker. We would definitely stay here again.
My husband's parents joined us this year in Grand Lake and we wanted to bring our dogs. We had 4 adults, 1 kid and two dogs. There was plenty of room for us all to hang out together or retreat to our rooms for some privacy. Loved that there were two bathrooms, a really nice (well stocked) kitchen, and big living room area to stretch out. The "dogs welcome" part was beyond expectations - dog bowls and poop bags were available as well as a poop bucket for the bags. Also - a garage is a HUGE plus! Overall great stay.
