  My friend and I were coming to town for a convention and the block reservations at the hotel were used up. Scouted out places and this seemed the best fit. It turned out better than we’d hoped. Clean, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. My favorite thing was sitting out on the lower deck in the sun, just relaxing in private in the sunshine and listening to a bird calls. Recommend you try it!

  Clean and well maintained. Very quiet neighborhood with amazing views. Safe and secure area so no need to worry. All stated supplies were well stocked and everything was in working order. My dog loved the enclosed outside area. I would highly recommend for your next stay in Grand Junction.

• Super peaceful stay in Grand Junction

  We came to visit our daughter at Colorado Mesa and absolutely loved our experience.

  First, the rental has everything that you could want and the owners were friendly, helpful and understanding. They were quick to respond to every request and even made great suggestions for eating out. They even answered when we called to find out what kind of mattresses they used. We slept like babies.

  Second, the rental was quiet and peaceful. Plenty of space in the living areas and separate bedrooms upstairs with a deck off the second story and a cute private patio on first.

  Third, the rental has wild space off the deck and we had wildlife visit us every day - deer, coyote and at least 40 quail came in one night and roosted in a tree. We loved it!

  It’s also within a few easy miles of Mesa and downtown Grand Junction, and connected but off the beaten path. No traffic and within a relaxing quiet community. We can’t wait to come back and rent again.

  We needed a place to stay for 6 adults. Was more than enough room for us all. This location is close to all the places we needed to visit. Close to Sam's Club, grocery stores, restaurants and much more. The air conditioning worked fine (we are very used to swamp coolers).

  The townhouse is clean and stocked with everything we needed. We were tasked with making red chili enchiladas and green chili enchiladas. The kitchen had all the items we needed to make those except a blender. We brought our own.

  The high-speed internet is a definite plus as we needed to respond to emails, etc.

  Before we arrived, I received a text from the owner welcoming us and making sure we knew that we had a contact if we needed anything. It was delightful to me.

  Is a definite do-over.
