5/5 I had a wonderful stay. Quiet and very comfortable with everything I needed. Nice location within walking distance of the Historic Downtown area, the Amtrak station and the university. I would definitely stay again.

3-night Grand Junction stay
5/5 Location of the property was great. Really close to downtown and restaurants. Booking, check-in, communication with the owner all were super easy and so nice. Questions answered quickly. It had everything we needed and was well stocked with toiletries and even Starbucks k-cups snd cream!
The only constructive criticism we had was that the air conditioner unit was really loud within the space. Other than that, we couldn’t have asked for any more. Would stay here again.

One of my Favorite Rentals I've Stayed in
5/5 Lots of character and very close to downtown GJ main street, this place was perfect for my dogs and me. The bed was incredible and for a studio, it has all the amenities you need plus more!
