5/5 Not only is this a great location, the studio apartment is very clean and comfortable. Easy 5 minute walk to downtown retail shops and restaurant options.

Palisade Peach Festival
5/5 Cute little efficiency for a long weekend. We came to attend the Palisade Peach Festival and the unit was close enough to the festival but also downtown Grand Junction. This allowed us to take in the area and restaurants. Recommend this unit!

5/5 Lovely place! Near downtown coffee shops, breweries, restaurants. Great location. Clean. Cute. Felt safe. Comfy bed, comforter. Emergency kit, coffee and creamer provided which was so sweet! The shampoo and soaps were all great brands. I forgot to pack my shampoo so I was delighted to see they had provided good quality products. Natural lighting great if you're working on zoom. Great showerhead. My dog loved it! Def recommend!!!!! Book it today!
