  We loved this home! Thoughtfully put together with everything we needed for an amazing family vacation. The Granby Ranch trails, proximity to Grand Lake and Winter Park, fishing, golf, relaxing evenings on the patio with fireplace enjoying the views or in the hot tub were all highlights of the trip. Aspens right in the back yard are beautiful this time of year, and the neighborhood deer visited daily. Would definitely stay again! Thank you to the hosts for sharing this amazing property.

  This is an amazing, beautiful, brand-new home, well-stocked with everything for an awesome vacation. The evenings on the patio by the fireplace or relaxing in the hot tub, the deer visiting in the morning, hikes from the front door… honestly the best place we have ever rented. Had a question for the hosts and they got back to us right away. Can’t say enough good things about this home and location! Will definitely be back!

• Far Exceeded Our Expectations — The House Became Part of Family Memory

  We have stayed in plenty of vacation homes over the years, and every once in a while you find one where it is obvious someone has genuinely thought about what it feels like to actually stay there. This was one of those homes.

  The house itself is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and wonderfully situated, but what impressed us most were the details. Nothing felt accidental. The layout worked exceptionally well for a family gathering, there was room to come together without ever feeling crowded, and the home was equipped in a way that consistently made us think, “They thought of that, too.”

  That matters more than it sounds. A great vacation rental should remove friction from a trip rather than create it, and this home did exactly that. We were able to arrive, settle in, and simply enjoy being together.

  And Granby delivered.

  Our days became a collection of experiences we’ll remember for a very long time — boating and fishing on Lake Granby, exploring the mountains, riding the chairlift, spending time around Granby Ranch, and even fitting in a spontaneous round of golf. Then we could come back to the house, slow everything down, share a meal, play games, sit outside, talk, laugh, and watch another Colorado mountain day come to an end.

  That is probably the highest compliment I can give this property: the house didn’t merely accommodate our vacation; it became part of it.

  Some of my favorite memories from the trip are the little ones — quiet mountain mornings, coffee and conversation, our kids having room to play and explore, everyone gathering again at the end of the day, and those moments when nobody was particularly concerned about what time it was.

  The location also strikes an excellent balance. Granby Ranch is right there, while Lake Granby, Winter Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, and so much of Grand County are close enough that every day can be different without the trip ever feeling hurried.

  We arrived expecting a nice mountain getaway.

  What we received was considerably more: a place where our family was able to reconnect, explore, laugh, rest, and make some genuinely lasting memories.

  The experience far exceeded our expectations, and much of that came from just how thoughtfully this home has been put together and cared for.

  We would return without hesitation.

  Five stars — not simply for the property, but for the experience the property made possible.

• Amazing vacation!!

  Loved this home and will definitely be back! Everything was brand new, well-stocked with everything we needed, beautifully decorated, hot tub water was crystal clear, patio and views awesome. This is our new favorite rental property and we can't wait to go back in ski season!
