1/5 Expedia, false advertisement! The listing at checkout said all taxes in fees included, not the case whatsoever There were multiple unexpected hidden 3rd part fees. I got charged more than I expected with no refund.
Not happy about that.
The property itself was amazing.

no frills
3/5 There was a strange stagnant smell in the room, sheets didn't smell fresh, old dog food found around the room, toilet paper holder kept falling off of wall, window hinge broken, not enough trash bags. No frills but otherwise ok.

-We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact (the front desk of the Inn at Silvercreek) during your stay to address the issues you encountered. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home.
-We have repaired the toilet paper holder and reported the broken window hinge to the building's maintenance team. If guests have maintenance issues during their stay, the front desk of the Inn at Silvercreek will likely be able to assist you.
