Cozy space
5/5 Small space but it had almost everything you could need for a getaway. We stayed here for our trip to Rocky Mountain. The front staff is also very helpful with check in and any questions you have.
The fridge is small and doesn’t have a freezer but we were able to manage with ice and an ice chest for our frozen food we had.

Inaccurate Description
2/5 There is no AC, which is disclosed only when you arive. My husband and I tried to sleep but the room faces a parking lot so you can not sleep with the door open. Even with the window open it was too hot and someone was working - dragging stuff to his truck through the parking lot and doing stuff in the flower beds at midnight. So we had to leave and find a new hotel- no response yet from host on refund- it has been 48hrs.

-We're sorry to hear about the discomfort due to the lack of A/C. The absence of air conditioning is clearly stated twice in the property description, but we understand this can still be an inconvenience.
-Any noise disturbances, such as the late-night activity in the parking lot, can be reported to the front desk, which is staffed around the clock to help resolve such issues.
-We regret that you had to leave and find alternative accommodation. The homeowner has been informed and will respond to your refund request as soon as possible.
