    There are many things to love about this house. The top 3 for our family were the views from the deck of the house, the proximity to a grocery store, and the short walk to golfing and Grand Elk Grille. If you are looking for a home that is well equipped with all you need this is the house. There was ample room to gather in the kitchen-living room area, and could even sit at the island. We really enjoyed that area of the house for morning coffee and evening card playing. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The front entry was a great spot to kick off your shoes as there was a bench to sit on. We appreciate the owners who have taken immaculate care of the home, and the easy process to check in and out. Thanks again!

  • Summer Mountain Spectacular!

    The location and floor plan of the home was absolutely perfect. My wife and I enjoyed hosting part of our family as well as “doing our own thing”!

    We have been coming to Colorado in the summer for over 30 years and we could not have been more pleased with this property ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

    We had a great stay at this house! Everything is new and it was very clean. Plenty of space for our group of 8 to hang out, kitchen was well equipped to prepare our own meals, and the location is great to hit up RMNP, Grand Lake, Granby, Fraser, and Winter Park for hiking, shopping or dining. It’s right down the street from a grocery store if staying in and preparing your own meals. The mountain views are amazing from every window! We enjoyed coffee every morning looking out at the mountains:) The neighborhood is quiet and no traffic so it was very peaceful. Also the garage was plenty big to accommodate our vehicle, which was nice when it rained.

    The owner is very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to make sure our stay was great! Overall we would highly recommend this house!
