  The locks were very hard to open. It was very hot inside when we arrived, the window cranks were stripped in the living room and upstairs bedroom. The screen to the sliding door was off and leaning on wall outside on the deck. We replaced it so we could get some air inside! Towel bar missing in bathroom. Ripped comforter in bedroom, a lot of light bulbs were missing. Free standing fan was filthy, freezer needed to be defrosted.The beds were quite comfortable, but the kitchen wasn't!

  Overall our stay was good! There were just a couple things we had to deal with… when we first arrived there was an upstairs window open which would not close all the way (windows are old and still have handles you crank to open and close.) I had to call the local contact twice before she returned my call about the window to which she said she would have to get a local handyman to come out but didn’t know when that would be. I just didn’t want to be responsible for any damage from rain which occurred several nights we were there! There were also several windows that would not open as the crank system was broken. This made for a warm stay since the daytime temperature was in the 80’s and the home has no AC! We were also unable to use the deck as there was a screen for the sliding door laying on the deck taking up the very little walkway due to the oversized deck furniture.

  The home was clean and linens were clean just had no extra hand towels and had no wash cloths at all!

  Overall our stay was good the home just needs some TLC…

  Colleen was a great host and super responsive. The only reason I can't give a 5 star review is due to the cleaning company that cleans and prepares the condo for the next renter. Upon arrival the condo had not been cleaned so we had to reach out to Colleen. We could not check in because of this and the cleaning company had to be called. They said that it was their fault and had missed the cleaning on the schedule. This delayed us by two hours of settling in. Upon arrival at the cleaned condo we found the cleaning company did not provide any sort of soap supplies for the bathrooms and showers. We had to purchase at the local market. I did text Colleen about it and she was understaning and rebated us $100 on the cleaning fee. She is a great host.

  Nice and comfy place!! Loved the views and the comfortable beds!
