5/5 This was our groups second time staying at this house. Great house, great location and hope to stay here again.
Nice location & layout, some basics missing though
3/5 The home is furnished nicely and its a good location. However, some basics I would expect in a rental were missing (enough pillows/ sheets and some kitchen supplies).

- We use a professional cleaning company to ensure that the home is cleaned and fully stocked between guests.
- We consider the kitchen to be well-stocked with basic supplies for our guest's everyday cooking needs. As is standard for vacation rentals, the homeowner provides a starter supply of paper essentials for guests’ convenience. Guests may have to purchase their additional supplies, especially for longer stays or larger groups.

5/5 Very close to grocery store and a couple miles to Granby Ranch. We mainly ate at the house and kitchen was well equipped for all ten of us. Layout provided privacy. Hot tub was plenty hot, large, with powerful jets - used it daily. Loved the stringed lights out by hot tub. Was very nice to be able to have 2 vehicles in the garage so no scraping windows. Lots of choices on the TV. House was newer and furnished very nicely. There were soap and shampoo dispensers in the showers. Great stay!
