Condo was nice
4/5 While our condo was nice, the rest of the resort needs serious updating. The pool and hot tub were overcrowded with little kids. There was no room in the hot tubs due to all of the little kids, even at 9:00 PM. This condo does not have AC. The first night we were very uncomfortable, but once we opened the windows and got all the fans running, the condo was pleasant. The kitchen area was nice to have. Make sure you wash your dishes before using as a lot of things were dirty.

2/5 The room hadn’t been cleaned upon check in and it was difficult finding the appropriate contact to assist with this issue. Our reservation was ultimately cancelled due to the property owners not having anyone available to clean and get new linens.
