• Fantastic location but terrible beds

  We really enjoyed this property for its location. You simply can’t beat it. The downsides were the beds. The mattress in the master suite was terrible. Both my wife and myself slept very poorly the entire stay because of it. They have swapped out the wooden framed bed in the kids rooms to two metal bunk beds which added an extra bed but with them being metal, they are flimsy and squeak terrible. This would wake up the other kids throughout the night. I believe the owner family has small children soil it may not be a big deal for them yet but our kids are 11, 15, and 18. I would also encourage the property manager to change the wording to be more transparent on the “hot tub access”. Yes, that is true, but most people don’t know that it costs 10 dollars per person per day to use the pool and hot tub. That’s a big deal and could be the decision maker for someone to use or not to use your property.

  - Additionally, we have made changes to the bed setup in the second bedroom to better accommodate our guests' needs. The screws on the twin and full bunks were tightened, ensuring comfortable sleeping arrangements for guests of all ages.
  - Regarding the hot tub access, we apologize for any confusion regarding the associated fees. We have followed up with Evolve to update the listing to provide more transparent information about the $10 per person per day charge for pool and hot tub access. We understand the importance of clear communication and want to ensure that our guests have all the necessary information before booking their stay.
