  Property was dirty, floors were clearly not cleaned and most dishes were dirty as well. Queen bed downstairs was broken and uncomfortable. Furthermore maintenance walked into property on a Sunday afternoon while we were present without a call or knock. Overall the entire property is run down and unit reflects this as well. According to the front desk a private cleaning service is used however I don’t think they actually come and clean based on condition. Wouldn’t stay again

  - We have worked with our cleaning team for nearly a decade and they are known for their high standards. That said, we will reinforce expectations to ensure the home is spotless for future guests.
  - The dishwasher is brand new and functioning properly, but we will check that all kitchenware is cleaned and ready for guest use.
  - The maintenance team has confirmed they always knock before entering and visit properties in pairs. However, we will remind them to communicate clearly with guests before arriving.
  - The queen bed has been inspected and is in good condition, but we will double-check to ensure it meets guest expectations.

  The property was in a good location but the building is in poor shape and the room had many things that needed fixed. Also, they do not have air conditioning and it was not on the list of amenities. Will not be staying there again.

  Great property, close to skiing and shopping. The resort pool and hot tubs were great as well for after the day exploring the slopes and gold mines. An awesome experience.

  Perfect home base to get up to the lakes and go explore the area. Good location, plenty comfortable, everything we needed, good price. Will definitely consider again in the future
