Great for the family
5/5 The property itself is very cozy and comfortable. It’s a bit on the small side but if you only have five or six like us, it should do fine. The fishing and water near the home were great. My grandson got a taste of catching his first trout. We brought bikes and had a nice time going into town and riding across the street to the park. The home is located near the railroad tracks, so those were a bit noisy at night, but can act as a good noise machine! The owner was exceptional. He checked on us to make sure all was well, and if we needed anything. His communications were always prompt, and when the unexpected came up, he made sure that we were taken care of. If we come to Granby again, we’ve found a home.

Great place to stay with a family
5/5 We have been to Edgewater several times. The access to fishing for adults and kids is great. Bring the paddle board and have a good time. OR go for a swim, or go for a walk, whatever you want to do here its a good time.

Wonderful cabin
