5/5 Everything about this condo was excellent!From cookware and stocked essentials , to sleds, hot tubbing, games and putt putt for kiddos, this condo had everything! We cannot wait to come back and stay this summer! Location was so easy to find and central to everything Golden!

Clean and comfortable
5/5 We stayed here with a few couples while visiting friends in Golden, and had a terrific time. Location is great, the unit was spotless and very well taken care of. We especially enjoyed the den area with a large TV for sports and movies, and a well maintained hot tub. Communications with the host were seamless and friendly.
Perfect Hosts, Perfect House
5/5 Every amenity advertised worked flawlessly, and there were many unadvertised amenities that were included that made this a great vacation for 5 adults.
Joe & Mandy keep a meticulously clean vacation rental within walking distance of downtown Golden. A quiet neighborhood and 2 parking spaces in back, and one in front. Motion-sensing light on the rear fence gate provided security when parking after dark.
Hot tub was 104...clean, and in great shape. Well-built and designed modern home with all the tech you could want...but easy to use. Clear handbook with plenty of instruction and contact details.
These hosts have got this wired... a snack tray in the kitchen, 3 different coffee machines (with coffee and filters, as well as starter K-cups)... paper towels, trash bags, toiletries, dry spices, etc.
The beds were comfortable, the linens were in great shape, and plenty of pillows, blankets, etc. All guests were comfortable.
We will be back for sure. Joe & Mandy were so easy to work with... we couldn't find a wine opener (prior guest must have lost it)... and Joe dropped one off on the doorstep on Christmas Eve in less than 15 minutes!
We gave it five stars only because there wasn't room for a 6th star.
5/5 The house was outstanding!! We had everything we needed and more to enjoy our stay. It was extremity comfortable, tastefully decorated, well stocked with everything we need to prepare a wonder family Thanksgiving meal. We felt very much at home our host Joe communicated with me a few times by text to check in an make sure our stay was going well. I highly recommend this property to anyone looing to stay in Golden. We would rent this property again in a heart beat!!
