Perfect location!
4/5 We had a little trouble with the entry into the building. We figured it out by pulling the door while inputting the code. The room was clean, well stocked, and other than the bed, it was really nice. The bed was uncomfortable and small. (double bed) I missed this in the description. Easy parking and plenty of spaces near the entrance. We enjoyed the convenience near town and centrally located near our day trips.

Great studio in Golden area
5/5 We loved this studio rental in the Golden area. The unit was exactly as pictured and described. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with. The unit appeared brand new with new furnishings and appliances. Everything was clean and well appointed. The best part, the unit was soooo quiet! Even tho it is located by a somewhat busy road, it was so quiet! I appreciated the secure/locked entry to the building. Air conditioning worked great, as it was a hot week during our stay. The washer/dryer were clean and easy to use, however a little loud - not at all a problem, but probably don’t run late at night (so sorry neighbors). Overall this rental was a total score and would definitely stay again. 5 stars from us!

Golden Visit!
5/5 Terrific option a short walk or ride to town or campus. Love the space, the deck, the cleanliness, and the in unit laundry! Easy to stay here and catch the bus wherever you need to go. So happy to skip the car rental this visit.
