Adorable house
5/5 This house is 2 blocks away from downtown Fruita and the fabulous Saturday farmers market. We loved the 2 car garage where we could fit our SUV with 3 bikes attached and handy access to outlets for charging for our e-bikes. Instructions and entry were easy into the 2 level home. Upstairs 3 bedrooms with easy access to full bath. Another full bath downstairs. Well stocked kitchen. Great outside seating area next to a former Catholic Church now a B&B. Sound WiFi and smart tv. My only suggestion would be some firmer bed pillows or bring your own. Owners were very responsive. We will definitely be back!

5/5 Great house for our weekend getaway for CO2UT. Had everything we needed. Plenty of space to spread out. AND a large spot behind the garage to park all the cars. The garage was great place to clean up the bikes and get ready to race. The house was super clean, beds were comfy and had all the necessities for the weekend. Would def recommend this place. The owners were responded quickly to some questions and helpful. Don't miss out on this place in Fruita. So close to the center of town. Leave your car at home and walk to food.

Great location!
5/5 This house was perfect for me and my crew. We came out for a gravel race and loved the location.
Loved the open space on the first floor. Great for sitting around the table and making meals.
The garage space was clutch, great place to clean off the bikes and hang out by the grill while listening to tunes. Endless parking available.
The rooms were good sizes in the beds were comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out.
Highly recommend you come check out Fruita and stay at this top notch house.
