This unit was one of the nicest we've ever stayed in while on a ski holiday! Not only is it beautiful decorated, with an amazingly well appointed kitchen (we had everything we could have possibly wanted to cook all our meals there), everything was super comfortable and practical too. We would stay there, or somewhere just like it in a heartbeat.
The reason for the 4 start review is that neither the pool not the sauna was open during our entire 9-day stay. When we brought this to the attention of the local management company, they suggested that we go to the Copper Mountain Athletic Club - at our expense... We had really been looking forward to being able to relax in the sauna/pool after skiing and while we understand that the issue was not there fault, the right thing to do for a $3,500 rental (or any amount for that matter) would be a voucher/credit to use the facilities at the athletic club. For the two of us, that would have amounted to $60 for 3 days - a better value proposition for them than a 4* review... While I suggested in an email that since neither of the amenities that were included in our rental, and highlighted on their website, were operating, we assumed we would be given some sort of voucher/access to the Athletic Club, that got no response. A day before we left, Evolve sent us an email letting us know that the pool would be under repair that day; clearly they had never been made aware of the situation from Mountain Property Watch, the local company we had been instructed to contact with any issues.
So bottom line - it is DEFINITELY worth staying in this unit, but make sure that the amenities are operational if that's important to you - and ensure that there is an alternative if they aren't!
This condo is great! The location is within walking distance to center village and for my first time to Copper Mountain this place was perfect, will definitely be returning!

Attractively decorated and everything we needed!
It is our forth time that we stayed in this apartment. We like the perfectly well equipped kitchen from quality pots to best knives we ever used in a rental, the condiments provided and all the utensils. The apartment is very clean and we appreciate the clean, white sheets and towels! The decorations are pretty and the fireplace is a perk. The community hot pool that we used every evening after a long ski day is wonderful. We will return for sure.
This property is fantastic! All details were clearly thought out for style and comfort. (We even got some ideas for our home renovation!)
My family (husband and two teenage daughters) had plenty of space - one full bedroom with a king bed and amazing closet space including extra linens and pillows. The beds (pull-out couch for the girls) were all very comfortable, which is important after ski days. The linens were soft and plentiful - including extra towels. All kitchen amenities were great quality, including staple spices and olive oil. The balcony had a cozy view of trees and other condos (not street or highway). The television worked well, but we also enjoyed the games, including old school ones like Operation and Sorry. Lastly the communal pool for the building was the perfect hot temp. to wind down after long days on the mountain. We will definitely look for this condo when we return.
