Not great
1/5 I’m pretty low maintenance… place was dingy. Hair in the caulking, molding, dryer, guessing the owner has a dog as well. Outdated, guessing original 1970 / 80s for most of the place. Feel like this can’t be rented regularly as it couldn’t be getting cleaned regularly. Maybe just rented on high peak holiday periods. Not well equipped, the mini dish soap bottle was filled with water.
Great, cozy little place - close to everything!
5/5 This place was so great for our birthday weekend getaway with friends. We had one pup stay with us. Our small group was comfortable and warm during the freezing nights we were there. Would come back here again!
Great Location!
5/5 I'm a CO native who loves to come up to Summit County multiple times per year to ride the extensive trail systems there. This place is super close to a main trailhead (seriously walking distance) as well as a short walk into downtown Frisco. Had a lot of small touches we enjoyed like basic toiletries and a stocked kitchen. We completely enjoyed our two night stay and would highly recommend.
