This is a townhouse with a bedroom on every level. It is well appointed adn new. Instagram worthy. Probably just great for skiing when you are out all day and in mostly to shower and sleep. Super location to town. We had construction next door and high heat days in the unit which were tough for our gang and what we were doing. No notice of construction made us a bit ticked off. This is not a unit for young or old, lots of steps in/out of each level. No real use of the roof- too hot in the summer day, not allowed to eat up there and there is not plastic wear, furniture is wet each morning. In winter it will be too cold. Beware there are also not 4 baths. There are 2 powder rooms, one ¾ (shower) and one tub. The dining area is great, but the sofa is uncomfortable. AND, there is no tv in master, one in basement is sideways to bed and not really watcheable. Can't remember if main level had a tv. Garage was great to have. Not for us. We will go with a more homey superhost situation next time!

Our stay was nothing but amazing! From the communication before we got there to the communication afterward it was perfect! The location makes walking to restaurants, shops, and activities so convenient. The rooftop of the house was so relaxing and a perfect way to end the evenings!
Agree with other reviewer, construction next door was a bummer. I get that it is unavoidable , but no notice of this situation was a discourtesy -as we expected to have hang out time at house and on roof - this was decidedly not what we would have chosen. Hotels tell you when they have construction. If guests are out all day they do not care. I wanted the choice. The unit had lots of random steps- not good for old or real young. The notices to not eat outside of kitchen, not wear shoes despite all the steps and the steel staircase to roof, to do dishes before you leave and put away, no providing plastic cups, or wine glasses etc really made it feel oddly managed. It is a beautiful place in a GREAt location. But we wouldn’t stay in this unit again. No one wanted to stay in the basement- which by the way only has a powder room. (it is NOT 4 baths- it is 1 master with a shower, one guest trim with a tub, and 2 powder rooms) . When we walked in it was 82 degrees when temp
Outside was 70 - so that means no one was trying to have the place cooled off for guests . There are sheets on windows to block the sun(glad to have them actually!) it took a day but we did get temp Down! Could be great for some, but I am leaving the review so others can make informed choices .
Very nice unit. Clean and comfortable. It does have a lot of steps even having them on the second floor going from the main bedroom to the common area. May not be the best selection for older people. Very nice rooftop space to hang out in the evenings and a garage to store your toys. Construction is ongoing next door hopefully done soon. Proximity to town and hiking/biking trails.
The property next door was under construction (framing). There was hammering from 8-5 the whole week. When I talked to the property manager- his reply was “ there is lots of construction in Frisco”. Also, had an issue with dirty sheets in the master- according to the PM- they were stained, not dirty- so don’t expect any help from the PM.
It is a nice condo, and everything works fine. Location is convenient ( except for the constant hammering 15 feet away). Also, no shoes to be worn inside, and you are to keep the place clean. So, there are some interesting rules to follow should you decide to do business with these folks.
Hi Steve, thank you for your review. This homeowner has asked us to pass along the following response:
Construction can be an unavoidable part of life in Frisco. However, we want to assure you that this project is already 80% complete, with most of the work now happening indoors. There are no more buildable lots near the unit, so this will not be an issue in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. To our knowledge, there are no stains on the sheets. The duvet cover that had a small stain has been replaced. Thanks again for your feedback.
