Accurate Description; mediocre customer service
3/5 We got what we expected in terms of the property, The listing was accurate and we were happy with the accommodations.
We were not happy with the communication with property management company. It was not personal and at times seemed like we were just connecting with a computer via text. Our access code didn't work upon arrival and when we called the person we talked to wasn't familiar with our reservation. Eventually they found it and we got in but there was no explanation of what happened.

- We’ve confirmed that the access code provided is correct. The lock box is fully functional and has a timer function so the code will not work before check-in time.
- The local property manager is always happy to accommodate an early check-in if possible and promptly provided a temporary access code that allowed access to the property before check-in time.
