Perfect Location! Nice Unit
4/5 We stayed here for a ski club week at Winter Park. The location is great, it is less than 15 minutes to the resort. It was easy to find, and the check-in instructions were accurate. The unit is comfortable and spacious, and has just about everything we needed. We requested an early check-in, but unfortunately, our arrival was not communicated to the cleaners. Luckily, they were nearly finished with cleaning and provided us with the bedroom to stage all of our belongings. The bed was comfortable, and we had plenty of blankets to keep us comfy! There is an automatic coffee pot, so bring your own coffee! If you want to wait to stock up on groceries, this neighborhood is directly behind the Safeway grocery, which is very convenient. If you have dogs, there is a wooded area directly in front of the unit for them to use. There are doggie bags by the large trash containers in the parking lot. We also had great communication with Howard and were very pleased with the response time and willingness to accommodate.
The main reason I am giving a four-star rating is because of the cleanliness. The unit was not up to our standards. It could use a little TLC and more meticulous cleaning. Other than that, it really was pretty good. We would return to stay again. Hopefully, the cleaning issue will be resolved after this review.

5/5 Everything that I needed was at the condo. Easy check in. Host was super responsive to any questions I had. Bus stop right outside so location was great. Condo is a little dated but very acceptable and had what I needed .

5/5 This condo was so cute! We had everything we needed. The place was clean, bed was comfortable and they made great use of the space. The 2 hot tubs on site were so nice after a long ski day! Easy access to Winter Park Resort was a huge plus for us. We hope to stay here again. Highly recommend!
