- Turn LEFT on county road 5 (ballfields), go 2.8 miles and then turn LEFT on 517. The driveway is the first RIGHT once the road turns to dirt. If the road is covered with snow, it's approximately 0.25 miles on the right

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- Please use the far right separate entrance (staircase) on the north side of the garage
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation. Please be sure to use the # after entering your phone number
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the studio by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please turn off the fireplace and heated bathroom floors
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the studio is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Park only in designated “Guesthouse Parking” area. If guests need additional room to park trailers, etc- please inform the owners in advance
- Please remove shoes while in the studio guesthouse to protect the new carpet from unnecessary wear/tear. And NO SKI BOOTS please. A bench on the porch is provided to remove your boots/shoes before entry
- A dog will be present in the main house during your stay
- The washer and dryer in the main house may be available for use upon request
- The homeowners live on-site, in a completely separate unit, and may be present during your stay
- The property requires a flight of stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
- There will be 2 large friendly dogs who roam the property. Please be cautious when driving on the property
