Quiet house in close proximity to outdoor activities
4/5 The house is in a nice location and has a wonderful front patio. We encountered some minor issues while staying at the house but the manager was very responsive.

Golden Aspen
4/5 Cabin was beautiful! Lots of trees and views! Bed on main floor not the best and would have liked regular TV to watch football etc. Kitchen and baths were fantastic!
Quaint secluded getaway
5/5 We booked a long weekend at the property to get out of town (Denver) and avoid the hassles of our house just going on the market. We were looking for a quiet place to relax after weeks of hectic work and this was a perfect solution. At the end of a dirt path, away from major roads, we rarely heard sounds of civilization. The main room of the house was great to hang out in and watch TV. It features a great kitchen for a house this size, though we didn't use it as much as we thought we would. The upstairs desk space was also useful for taking a couple essential work calls.
We happened to be staying during a bit of a heat wave and it did get a bit warm inside, even with the shades drawn. The owner had a fan that helped. When the sun went down, though, sitting on the patio was very pleasant. Plus, the view from up on the hill was serene. We'd definitely consider staying again.
Solid place with beautiful views
4/5 A nice place with amazing views and good amenities. There were some quirks to the place (like the upstairs bedroom only being accessible via a ladder or spiral staircase), the water heat needing to be turned up, the water needing to be turned off and flushed, etc -- felt like a lot of maintenance to put on a short-term renter.
In addition, the place is definitely lived in. The owners personal belonging were all over the house and so it wasn't the tidiest of places.
