This was our 3rd time renting here! Our son was a student at CSU when we first visited. Now he works in Fort Collins and we still love to stay here even though he lives much further than he used when he was on campus. The place has a great layout with a nice kitchen and sitting area. The best part is the big backyard and sitting area with a fire pit. We love sitting out in the back with our coffee in the morning and appetizers & drinks in the evening. I am a runner and love to run to the CSU trial garden and all over campus. The place is an easy walk to Old Town also. You really can’t go wrong staying here.
The home was conveniently located and very quaint. We were not aware that this was a multi unit home and could hear every move the family above us made especially with this being an older home. It wouldn’t have been so bad but they began moving around at 5am. The house was clean and backyard was nice place to enjoy sitting in the evening.
