Wonderful location with great views!
4/5 We ran into a slight hiccup on arrival, but the guest contact was able to remedy the issue quickly. We loved the area, closeness to I70 for easy access to Idaho Springs and the town of Evergreen. Loved seeing the wildlife, to include a bear walking up the hill near the house.

5/5 The spiral staircase which was a bit of a surprise and was dangerous for older people and children.

5/5 We loved the place. The owner is very friendly. Walked daily in the neighborhood and sat on the deck with the fire pit each morning and evening.
