Great view and comfortable
5/5 We enjoyed the views, kitchen with almost everything we needed (just needed a cutting board). We saw herds of deer come through the yard and eagles flying through the area. The extra towels and toiletries were a great touch.

Great vacation home!
5/5 Home was located at a great place in the evergreen mountains, it has a great view of the valley. Road is a bit tricky especially when it snows, I would highly suggest taking a all wheel drive car with winter tires for an hassle free driving.
Derek (host) was pretty helpful, offerred helping hand in case of an emergency while we were staying at the house 🙌🏼
Home has all the amenities including a washer dryer, coffee machine, wifi and what all you need. We were pretty happy staying here for 5 days, hope it will be the same for the future travelers as well 🤞🏼

4/5 Beautiful Mountain Views just a short drive from Denver. The home has all that you will need and fit our family nicely. We did bring a blow up mattress to fit all 10 of us, but overall it was a comfortable stay.
Beautiful views and location
4/5 My family and I had a wonderful time staying in this house in Evergreen. The house fit all our needs size wise. It was close to many areas we wanted to explore and had breathtaking views. The sunrise was the best to wake up to every morning! The property manager was very responsive and was in contact with us when we needed help with anything in the house. They even allowed us to check in early. The amenities provided in the home were also amazing. We did not have to worry about running out of any soaps, dishes, detergents, etc. The reason I did not give this house 5 stars was because of the cleanliness. All the floors on the main level did not seem as though they had even been cleaned. We had to wear shoes or socks at all times or our feet would turn black. The showers were also not the cleanest as there was soap scum on the shower doors and hair stuck in the drains. There was also trash that littered the mountain around the house that my family made an effort to pick up. If they were to improve their cleaning this house would be 5 stars above and beyond.
