3/5 Tried to get a hold of Erica (contact person) with a phone call and an email on Sunday morning....its Tuesday afternoon currently, and still have not heard from her! Very disappointing!

Great family time in Estes Park
4/5 We enjoyed our stay in Estes. There were some minor issues, the biggest was that the hot water in the kitchen sink was barely more than a trickle. We had to heat water on the stove to do dishes. There was an apartment downstairs with its own entrance, but it would have been nice to know someone was living there prior to renting. We didn’t have to interact with the person, which was nice, but would’ve been considered in our decision on where to stay. Overall we had a wonderful time in Estes.
