Simply Perfect
5/5 Our stay was fabulous! The close proximity to RMNP made it a winner. We were able to visit the park in the evening for perfect wildlife viewing. The candles, the fireplace and the coffee left for us were all appreciated. We needed an assist to use the key code and the response was immediate and worked! The bed was comfortable and we really enjoyed the wildlife munching outside our bedroom window. The sounds of the river were amazing!
Beautiful location for a peaceful stay
5/5 The perfect spot for a mountain getaway! Beautiful location, right in the canyon on the river. We loved listening to the sound of the river while relaxing on the porch. The condo was spacious and recently renovated. It had everything we could have needed for the visit, and our stay went very smoothly. Thank you for sharing this peaceful spot with us!

Great Location, Comfortable stay
5/5 Within a couple of miles of the RMNP entrance, this home is very comfortable in a beautiful setting. You can literally hear the Elk bugling if you open the porch door.
Our hosts were very good in communication.
Perfect location and view!
5/5 My husband, daughter, and I stayed at the condo for a long weekend trip from Denver. We loved everything about our stay! The location is perfect - close to town and RMNP but still feels secluded and away from the hustle and bustle. The river views and sounds were perfect to wake up to. Condo had everything we needed as far as cooking supplies, towels, toiletries, etc.
