Along Fall River
4/5 The Condo was nice and it was clean and the view from the deck is wonderful. However, do not try to check in early. When it says check in is at 4:00 that's what he means. The code was not in place until exactly 4:00 even though I called when I got there (around 2:30) and was told to wait. Also, the wine cooler, the refrigerator and the freezer are all small size and all do not have automatic defrost and they were all in need of defrosting. What was disappointing though was on the deck there where only two chairs and they were both broke. I texted the point of contact about it because one I didn't want to be blamed for it and also we really wanted this problem to be solved so we could enjoy the deck, which was the main reason we choose this condo. The response was "Yes, I know and thank you. Enjoy your stay." No sorry about that and no I'll bring you some new chairs. This large deck also had no outdoor couch to enjoy either. Additionally, the screen is broke in that it slides roughly and there is no handle on the outside to open it. So if you stay here first check to see if they replaced the chairs and fixed the screen.

Great mountain getaway
4/5 We really enjoyed the property and the location. There were a few things needing fixed. The bathroom sink towel rack was about to fall out of the wall, one light in the vanity was out and the screen door handle was broken. These are little things that can be fixed. The property was beautiful. There is no A/C on this property.

Just as expected - nice, clean, cozy!
5/5 Very nice, quaint place to stay. The owners put a lot of care into this property. I would not recommend for any more than two people. It was tight but... you don't go to Estes Park to stay inside and it was more than adequate. I will book again!
