We loved everything about the rental. One thing to note that I must not have paid attention to - there is not an oven/stove. They have portable electric stove, but the kitchen situation makes it difficult to cook full dinners for a group.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay here. The location is incredible, the space is so cozy and the river and mountain location is just ideal. Steve and Patty were tremendous hosts. Best rental we’ve had…ever!

This place is awesome! You will love the the moving water in the backyard. The views from the hot tub and the scenic path around their neighborhood. 10/10!

What a great place. A short distance to both downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain Park. Look out over gently rolling Fall River and listen to it while sleeping. Isolated even though close to everything. Well appointed except for the kitchen. But who comes to Estes to cook. The hosts were congenial and helpful and right on sight. We were here in May but hope to come back in the summer or fall.

We have stayed in Estes Park many times over the years. This is our favorite, perfect location and wonderful hosts. The place is immaculate with tasteful Colorado mountain decor. We really enjoyed the hot tub in the evening overlooking the river. Great assortment of books and movies for inside time but the views and hiking in and around Estes Park are the best. You can easily walk into town from the unit which is an added bonus.
