• The PERFECT Mountain Getaway

  We had an amazing stay and couldn't have asked for a better mountain getaway! The cabin was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The hosts clearly thought of every detail.

  Our favorite part was the beautiful deck, where we spent mornings enjoying the mountain views and evenings grilling and relaxing by the fireplace. It was the perfect place to unwind after exploring RMNP!!

  The location was fantastic, where we could easily walk to downtown Estes Park for shops, food/coffee or just a simple short drive to RMNP when wanting to hike or explore! The wildlife was amazing!!! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect Estes Park retreat!

• Repeat Stay for All the Right Reasons

  Our family returned for a repeat stay because this property delivers on all the right reasons. We need three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each bedroom and bathroom easily accommodates adult couples. We demand Air Conditioning, and they have it in the common area and above ground bedrooms. The in-the-ground bedroom stays constant cool. If you are new to Estes Park in the summers, then know that you will want A/C. There is plenty of natural sunlight and shaded if you want. The patio off the main room is large, free of clutter, comfortable, and has great views. You have a beautiful sunrise directly over the Stanley Hotel and Lumpy Ridge. We had elk, rabbits, and birds daily around the property. We used the patio off the master bedroom for some quiet time away from the others, and I used it also for work. I also used the desk and office chair just outside the master bedroom for work. This place is so convenient to EP and RMNP. You can to Elkhorn Avenue. There are several short and direct routes that you can drop off and pick up family without ever dealing with Elkhorn traffic. On the mornings that we hiked Bear Lake Corridor, we had no traffic or delays cruising through town to the Beaver Meadows Entrance. The convenience to wherever you want to go, and avoid, is so easy from this property and that is important. We also appreciated that the new owners made thoughtful and logical updates and refreshing of the property, including some of the furniture, plumbing, refrigerator, and more. We contacted the owners during the middle of our extended stay to request the garbage removed and it was handled promptly. We are looking at next year's calendar to book this place again, which will be three in a row out of the seven years we have stayed in EP each summer. We are experienced in understanding where to stay, and where not to stay. Thanks.

  We could agree more, the location is perfect!! It works well for our family, it allows some flexibility if people have different ideas for their evening. It’s all right there but you feel secluded with the most beautiful views. Having several park entrances within a few miles keeps the park convenient.

  We had a wonderful stay at this rental home. The three bedrooms were comfortable and well-appointed, each with their own bathroom. The tasteful furnishings made the space feel both welcoming and relaxing. One highlight was the spacious deck, which offered beautiful views of Estes Park and the Twin Owls—perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding. Garage parking was a great convenience. The easy access to everything Estes Park has to offer including dining, shopping along Elkhorn Avenue and access to Rocky Mountain National Park made our visit even more enjoyable.

  This is a great spot and we will definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

  This place was perfect for the 4 of us. Great location, close to downtown. The property is well maintained. Enjoyed the fire pit. We would definitely stay here again.
