  We lived our stay at this property. Excellent location for walking to local restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, etc. Right next to the extensive walking & biking paths in the area. Great interior layout and peaceful design. We used the front porch often to sit outside, watch the world go by, relax & talk.

  The yard looked terrible. Grown up weeds and big rocks. The inside was recently remodeled and looked nice for an older house, however, I'm not sure about the cleaning. We found 2 hair pins, a hair tie and a toy under the dining table runner. Also found toys under the coffee table and in the tissue box. And we found a dental pic with the floss head on the night stand in the master bedroom. Gross! There was a leg broke on the coffee table and when we touched it the whole thing fell apart. We put it back together but it won't stay. The fridge never got cooler than 47 degrees. The house was located in the lower area of town. Very disappointing.

  We were only made aware of the issue with the refrigerator not cooling yesterday. We have promptly arranged for an appliance repair company to address this issue this morning.
  
  Similarly, the problem with the coffee table was brought to our attention just yesterday. We are currently working on replacing it as quickly as possible.
  
  Had these issues been reported during your stay, please rest assured that we would have taken immediate action to resolve them then and there.
  
  Regarding the yard maintenance, we have been holding off until the late spring weather becomes more consistent to schedule this. We are now moving forward with arranging lawn care.
  
  Concerning the cleaning issues, we are addressing this directly with Peak Property Management, who is responsible for maintaining our property's cleanliness and is also included in this email.
  
  We truly wish you had reached out to us during your stay as we would have made every effort to resolve these issues promptly to improve your experience. Thank you once again for your feedback.
