Great for a big group!
5/5 This property in Erie was a great place for a big group. It's in a lovely neighborhood with shops and restaurants 7 minutes down the road. Was centrally located while we were visiting people in Lafayette, Denver and Fort Collins. We had 2 families stay here and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. 3 levels in the home, lots of areas to sit in, to watch tv and to work. Had a big open kitchen, all bedrooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed to make food. We also loved that there was a trail system across the street to walk through. Host was also very nice and communicative!

5/5 We were a party of 11 with two infant children and the house was perfect for us to celebrate Christmas 2024 together. Clean, warm and very well equipped. Grandparents from Florida so didn’t know if they would stay warm in such a large house but it was perfect. We didn’t have kitchen towels when we arrived but they were very quick to provide them when I asked. Great communication with the property manager. Highly recommend this house.
