5/5 Great instructions to get there, access the room... for an efficiency room it felt quite roomy. Safe, clean, quiet... as advertised. Nice stay and highly recommend it!

Visit to Denver
4/5 The bed was not a queen size. The room was very tight with all of the furniture in an attempt to provide seating other than the bed and a dresser/TV stand. Temperature of the space was comfortable, however the room is very dark and you need to use inside lighting day and night. Two of the pillows and the comforter have feathers, would recommend the owner replace with other fillers due to allergens.

4/5 the room was clean and the people were great to interact with the only complaint is that there is a smell I'm not quite sure if it is mildew or mold but some kind of a smell to the unit once you're inside you get adjusted but whatever you leave and come back it's very noticeable.
