Wonderful Family Home
5/5 This property was everything we wanted! Very comfortable, well-stocked, layout of rooms and spaces was perfect to give everyone privacy and quiet, and was great proximity to skiing and shopping! I highly recommend!

Christmas in Colorado
5/5 A great property equidistant from Breckenridge and Winter Park and only an hour from the airport. Nice amenities, very comfortable beds, easy check-in and check-out process, and very responsive hosts. One note, Empire is a small town with very little in the way of stores and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.

Girls weekend
5/5 Great place to stay. Very comfortable. All 4 of us had our own rooms. Close to Georgetown and much cheaper than staying there. We loved watching the hummingbirds on the back porch. Everything we needed was there. And just a short walk to a couple of nice restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

5/5 Probably the nicest VRBO I've ever had. Excellence in furnishings, linens, towels, kitchen utensils, dishes...etc.
Plenty of room for eight people. And what fun sitting on the deck watching the humming birds.
