Ball in the Valley
4/5 I wouldn't say our review is the worst, but definitely not the best. We checked in on July 5th, we discovered that evening that there was not much hot water, I let the owner know, he told me that someone had just left, and they didn't complain of no hot water. It definitely took till about Tuesday for the water to "warm up" I wouldn't say that the water ever got hot, but it was luke warm enough to take a shower. Then on Tuesday around 4:30PM the power went out in the valley; I would have thought that the owner would have text to check on us but nothing. We didn't have power until early Wednesday morning. The pool seemed closed for the first 4 days we were there which kind of stinked for the kiddos. It did open on Friday and we left Sunday. Once the power came back on, I think everything else went on pretty well. Overall, the house is great, plenty of room. If you're looking for lots of room, in an area that is overall nice this is the spot!

Fantastic location for Vail Summer Getaway
5/5 This was the ideal place for our family of 7 - five kids (ages 9, 11, 13 and twin 16 year olds) and us parents - to spend the week. We used it as the jumping off point for Vail, Aspen, Piney Lake and other day trips, plus enjoyed the local area, the pool right in the condo area and the ability to walk to restaurants and ice cream. No a/c was a bit toasty, but there were plenty of fans. We were so so pleased and want to come back next year! The hosts were responsive and kind, too!

Family Stay
4/5 The property was in an excellent location. It was clean and well appointed with linens and towels. There were some kitchen items that didn't work. Some maintenance issues were being taken care of as we were checking out. The owner was very responsive to any of out concerns. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by our group as well as the gas fire pit on the deck.
