We enjoyed our stay and had nice hot showers, warm meals after camping in snow at Thunder lake. Very comfortable accommodations with necessary amenities. We also had some good fly fishing on the property during a few mornings. The treat of a close encounter with a bachelor group of bull elk on the island eating browse and crossing the river. Would definitely stay again or recommend.

Beautiful cabin along the river. Perfect size for a family of four. Missing a few non essentials but nothing that would keep us from returning again. The view and sounds of the river was amazing and just what was needed for a relaxing vacation!

Enjoyed our stay! Excellently located near Estes Park. Place was clean and very cozy feeling. Would not recommend for older adults or people who have trouble with stairs. Could use an extra mirror or two in the bedrooms as one bathroom mirror wasn’t convenient with wife and daughter along. Overall would highly recommend.

Good location from Estes with an easy 10 min drive. Property could use some new outdoor furniture. Kitchen was equipped with just the basics and very thin and warped pan. It was warm clean and comfortable and a good place for hiking.
