If fishing is more your style, cast a line right off the home’s waterfront balcony to fish in the Big Thompson River below!
‘Fisherman’s Dream’ lives up to its name as prime fishing spots abound on this 2+ acre lot and, if you need a change of scenery, Lake Estes is a quick 2-minute drive down the road.
Estes Park also serves as the base camp for Rocky Mountain National Park, where you’ll find miles of trails and abundant wildlife, but before you cruise up Trail Ridge Road, be sure to stop by the historic Stanley Hotel to experience it’s haunting history for yourself!

Rock climbers will be pleased to find adventure in Big Thompson Canyon, while nature lovers search for bighorn sheep along the surrounding trails.
Take a break from all the action and adventure to dine at one of the many fine restaurants nearby. Visit Hunters Chop House for a casual steakhouse experience with lodge-style surroundings, Peppers Mexican Grill for all of your Mexican favorites or dine with a view at the Waterfront Grille on Lake Estes!
This is a very nice place to launch your vacation in RMNP and Estes Park CO. The house was clean and quiet and the Thompson River going right under the deck was pretty awesome. Also it was equipped with everything we needed. From the pictures we assumed the house was situated more away from other places, but even though this is a well populated little valley it really didn’t matter. Lots of winding roads coming from Loveland, but once at the house it is a quick 2 miles into Estes Park. Glad we stayed here.
Great place, thanks for everything

This property is very pretty, just as pictured. Close to Estes Park, about 3 minutes. I would definitely stay again. Extremely clean. Just a suggestion, owner needs to add more mirrors, there is only one in the bathroom, it makes it hard to get ready with only one. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay and had nice hot showers, warm meals after camping in snow at Thunder lake. Very comfortable accommodations with necessary amenities. We also had some good fly fishing on the property during a few mornings. The treat of a close encounter with a bachelor group of bull elk on the island eating browse and crossing the river. Would definitely stay again or recommend.

Beautiful cabin along the river. Perfect size for a family of four. Missing a few non essentials but nothing that would keep us from returning again. The view and sounds of the river was amazing and just what was needed for a relaxing vacation!
