Nice comfy cabin. New doors and windows and a kitchen update are needed. The “queen bed in one bedroom is actually two twin or full pushed together.Outdoor space is lovely and you feel as if you’re all alone up there. The highway noise is noticeable. Nice area.

First, the person handling a rental is critical to a good experience. Carla was super gracious in offering to assist with my checkin. And when I ran out of propane it was filled within hours. The house sits on top of a mesa with lovely views to the east, south and west. It is 20 to 30 minutes from Mesa Verde National Park and about 45 minutes from Durango. It is relatively small, one bath and 2 bedrooms. Has a great deck. But the house is fairly close to Highway 145 that runs from Cortez to Delores to Telluride so the traffic noise is noticeable.

This is a comfortable home in a great location. We stayed here because it is so close to Mesa Verde NP. The deck is great for dinner outside with a beautiful view!

This house has one of the most amazing outdoor spaces of any property that we have stayed at. The kids enjoyed being able to run around the property while the adults grilled out dinner and gazed at the stars. The bonus suite downstairs was perfect for the parents to retreat to while the kids slept in the two rooms upstairs. We will be back!

The property was beautiful and had the most amazing views. However, wespent a good portion of our visit killing bugs (moths, horse flies, ants,etc.). The house was not thoroughly cleaned and the stove didn't workproperly. The owner and property manager were lovely people, but the houseneeds a deep cleaning and appliances need updating.
