  The lake and mountain view headline is way understated, The view was A++. The location was A++. The condo was appointed very well. All the kitchen gizmos you need. The rooms were comfortable. The park across the street was great for our puppies. The porch was great, approx 24 feet long lots of seating and an end unit so you could see not only straight out but up the road as well. Very quiet location overall. There was a concert at the very closeby amphitheater on our first night but it stopped at 9 pm so it did not ruin the mood. They have yoga in the park in the mornings so that was fun to have going on as well.

  The only minus was the interior decor. It was clean and in good condition but it was a flashback to the late 80's and early 90's. It was comfy. Beds were good but only used the king not the queens in the 2nd bedroom. Baths are showers only and rather small but plenty of hot water and nice spray options on the heads. We used the washer/dryer and they worked great.

  Location is also an A++. Grocery store within 2 minutes, Dining options were also within 2 minutes.. 25 minutes to Vail or Breckenridge. 1-1/2 hours to Rocky Mountain Park. It was as advertised and better. Owner was extremely responsive.

  Not only would we stay there again, I'm missing it already
